ANSWERS regarding our products:
1. Will your cartridge void my printer warranty?
No. Using compatible, refills, re-manufactured or refillable
cartridges, will not void the warranty of your printer. It is stipulated in
"MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT" passed by the US Congress.
2. What should I do if no ink comes out after new ink
cartridges is installed?
This is usually caused by air bubbles that go in when
changing cartridges. First, check whether you have removed the silver sticker on
top of the cartridge. If you have already removed the silver sticker, you
can either run the "Cleaning Print head" process a couple times or leave the
cartridge for an hour or two to let the air bubbles rise to the top. Do not take
out the cartridges from the printer once installed, this might cause the air
bubbles to go in again. This problem also arises in OEM cartridges.
3. Why does my printer stop printing or signal "Ink
Out" after printing for a while?
Some printer models have print out counter system pre-set
by their manufacturers. These printers will automatically stop printing after
the print out number has been reach. If a functioning cartridge is taken
out of the printer and replaced with a new one, the printer will not reset
itself but continue to add numbers to the previous count until the limit is met
and the signal "Ink Out" has been shown. You then can restart the printer and
run the "Replace Ink Cartridge" process again. Next time, wait until the "Ink
Out" signal has been shown before replacing the cartridge.
4. Why do I need cleaning cartridges?
Overtime, a print head will require maintenance in order to
sustain the print quality. A cleaning cartridge contains a special
solution developed to solve clogging, grainy prints, bad color matching, where
normal head cleaning is not sufficient. Cleaning cartridges will prolong your
printer life; help achieve sharp and clean print outs at all times so it is
essential for your printer. Cleaning cartridges do not fix broken or damage
print heads or printers. It will only clean the print head.
5. Should I open another set of cartridge if the first
one I tried does not work?
Please contact our technical support first before opening
your second set of cartridges. Most of the time, the solution to the problem is
very simple, such as forgetting to remove the silver sticker on top of the
cartridge. Please give us a call at (909) 979-2116 if you need help.
