Returns

We regret that any edible products cannot be returned once purchased. All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable. There will be absolutely NO REFUND. 60 Day Warranty on Cake Printing System - No warranty outside of USA.

General Payment Provisions

American Express / Discover Card / Master Card / PayPal / Visa for Domestic Orders (US only). For your protection, we ship only to your credit card's verified billing address.

Wire Transfer or PayPal will be requiring for all International Orders, unless other arrangements have been approved.

Freight

All prices are FOB City of Los Angeles, CA. We select the most cost effective method of delivery for your order. If you require special delivery, please request it when you place or send your order.

Claims for Shortages & Arrives Damaged

All shortages must claims with the first 3 days of arrival. If merchandise arrive damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for "EdibleSupply" to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify "EdibleSupply" immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify "EdibleSupply" of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
